Our History

The company's origins date back to 1963, when the Main Automation Service was established in the then PKN ORLEN S.A. (formerly Mazowieckie Zakłady Rafineryjne i Petrochemiczne) to service and ensure the operation of equipment and installations. As a result of restructuring, in 1999 the company was transformed into Centrum Serwisowe Automatyki PetroAutomatyka Sp. z o.o. Subsequently, in 2001, as a result of the market launch of the ORLEN brand, the company changed its name to ORLEN Automatyka sp. z o.o. The company initially employed around 200 people.

On 28 October 2014, ORLEN Serwis S.A. was established, adopting as its goal the provision of service activities in the field of automation, electrical and mechanical engineering with a focus on the implementation of the mission and strategy of the ORLEN Capital Group.

In 2015, the following companies merged: ORLEN Automatyka sp. z o.o., Przedsiębiorstwo Inwestycyjno-Remontowe RemWil sp. z o.o., and ORLEN Serwis S.A. A year later, as part of the optimisation of the structure and business profile of the ORLEN Group, ORLEN Wir sp. z o.o. and Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Technicznych "Wircom" sp. z o.o. were also incorporated into ORLEN Serwis S.A.

Then, in 2018, the Organised Part of the Company (ZCP) - Technical Services Division was taken over from Euronaft Trzebinia Sp. z o.o.

In June 2009, a branch plant was established in the Czech Republic with 145 employees. The plant performed maintenance service for SPOLANA s.r.o. in the field of mechanical and electrical installations, measuring and regulation. At the same time, a group of maintenance employees was being built in Litvínov at UNIPETROL a.s.

As a result of the merger and continuous development of the companies, the number of employees has increased to more than 2 000.
