ORLEN Service Česká republika s.r.o. has implemented, uses, and continuously improves an Integrated Management System according to ISO standards:

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

ORLEN Service Česká republika s.r.o. carries out construction, maintenance, repair, and modernisation work in the industrial sectors of machinery and electrical installations, in the field of measuring and regulatory services, rotating machinery and hoists, as well as in the transport and packaging of products.

The Integrated Management System Policy supports the strategic direction of the ORLEN Capital Group and is appropriate to the organisation's purpose and context, including the nature and extent of the environmental impact of its activities, products, and services. As a part of the ORLEN Capital Group, we cooperate with the companies that constitute this capital group to improve and develop the management system. We make every effort to provide our customers with maximum satisfaction by working with us in accordance with their requirements. Because we share a responsibility for the state of the environment and want to protect it, we use environmentally friendly methods in our operations without compromising the high quality of our services and compliance with environmental regulations. Above all, we ensure safe working conditions for all employees as we strive to maintain a high standard of occupational safety, health, and social conditions.

We use and continuously improve the Integrated Management System based on the requirements of the currently valid standards:

ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 14001. ČSN EN ISO 45001

In our activities, we focus on the implementation of the key goals:

• to monitor and analyse the satisfaction of our customers
• to meet the requirements placed on processes, including legal and other
• to reduce negative impact on the environment
• to increase the level of knowledge and environmental awareness of all employees
• to improve and increase the qualifications of employees in the field of occupational health and safety
• after consultation and cooperation with employees, to ensure safe and sanitary working environment to prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases and to strive for continuous improvement through implementation of new technical, technological, and organizational solutions
• in the area of information security, to implement measures to maintain security at a level appropriate to the perceived risk

In order to be able to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves effectively and efficiently, we commit ourselves to implement the Integrated Management System Policy based on the approved values of the ORLEN Capital Group:

The directors of the Company declare that they support the actions arising from this Policy, provide the means and resources to implement the goals and tasks, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System, and maintain the integrality of the systems in place.

The Integrated Management System Policy has been made familiar, is known and respected by all employees of the company and other persons working on behalf of and for the benefit of ORLEN Service Česká republika s.r.o. and has also been made available to all stakeholders.
